• Can I order vehicles other than the ones shown on this page?

• As Ford vehicles update from one model year to the next, there are times when orders are both accepted and closed. Contact Purchase Ford if you have any questions about a certain Ford model’s custom order availability.

• How do I order a vehicle?

• Once on our Custom Order page, submit your request by clicking “Start Your Custom Order” on the vehicle you want and include your preferences in the comments section. After this, a rep from our local Ford dealer will contact you to confirm your vehicle and check for potential incoming shipments before submitting your order to Ford.

• How long will it take to have my vehicle delivered?

• Every effort will be made to expedite your Ford custom factory order, but times will vary by model and configuration.

• Is there an extra cost for custom ordering a Ford?

• There is no extra fee for Ford custom orders, and all final sale prices are negotiated between you and our Mayfield Ford dealership.

• Is my ordered vehicle eligible for Ford incentives?

• Yes, your vehicle will be eligible for the qualifying Ford incentives at the time of order placement or at the time of final delivery — whichever you prefer.

• If I would like to finance my purchase or lease my ordered vehicle, how can I do that?

• A financing specialist from Purchase Ford will be happy to discuss your auto loan or Ford lease options with you!

• Once my Ford vehicle is ordered, how can I track it?

• You can track your Ford custom order using this website once it’s assigned a VIN.

• Where and when would I get my VIN to track my vehicle?

• Someone from our dealership will contact you to provide you with the VIN once it’s established.

• How will I be notified when my vehicle is being delivered?

• A rep from our KY Ford dealer will notify you once your vehicle has arrived and will collect any additional information needed to complete the sale. We’ll also arrange for final vehicle delivery to your location!
